PA Tax forms have arrived!

A big shipment of Pennsylvania Tax forms arrived at the library today. Pa-40 forms and books are in along with the schedules and instructions. A few forms are still coming, or can be printed from the PA Department of Revenue website.

Seeking Donations

CSPL’s annual book sale will be Friday, March 1st and Saturday, March 2nd, during normal business hours. Donations of gently used books are being taken now. Please no Reader’s Digest, magazines or textbooks. For large donations please check with librarian to schedule an appointment to bring in, donations of a few boxes or less can be dropped off during business hours.

eReader & eBook Class

CSPL will host an eReader & eBook Class

Monday, January 28 from 5:30-7pm

Bring your eReader and drop in during the class to receive hands on help downloading books to your device.

Don’t have an eReader? If you are interested in learning about eReaders, a few different models will be on hand to look at and demo.

Reserve books online beginning January 2nd

Beginning January 2nd, 2013 you will able to reserve books from your account in our catalog at Once you log in with your library card number and password (the default password is your last name, you can change it after you log in) just click the Place Hold button from the item’s record. If the item is not a type that can be reserved there will be no Place Hold button.

If we have your email address and your messaging settings are set to send you an email when a hold is filled, you will get an email notification when the item you requested is waiting for you. You can change your messaging settings after you log into your account under the My Messaging tab.

If we have your email address on record you will find it on your account under My Personal Details. If you need to change the address stop by the circ desk the next time you’re in the library.

Lots going on at CSPL:
Our Lincolns for the Library fundraiser has begun and currently Stacie is in the lead, a win which would see the library updating their restroom with a baby changing station. Donate throughout November for your favorite cause, Joyce: New DVDs, Charlotte: New books on CS, Amanda: Operation Paperback, books for soldiers.
Tuesday: CSPL Assembly room is the polling station for the borough, don’t forget to VOTE!
Tuesday: Stop in to the Community Bloodbank’s Bloodmobile. Here from 2-6pm, no appointment needed.
